Sprouted Alfalfa & Cress
A mix with a pleasantly spicy flavour. To be eaten as aromatics, in mashed vegs or in salads.
Ingredients: 65% sprouted alfalfa (Medicago sativa), 35% sprouted cress (Lepidium sativum), proceeding from organic farming.

The pleasantly spicy flavour of cress sprouts adds great taste to your soups. They can be blended and then added to a home-made potato puree.
Must be kept in the refrigerator (1 to 4°C), preferably in their original packaging, in an airtight container or under food-quality cling film. To be eaten before the date stated on the product packaging.
Appreciated in ancient times and the Middle Ages, watercress, a plant native to Iran, was known for its pungent flavor worthy of the tables of the kings, and was used by sailors to counter scurvy.
