Sprouted beetroot

Beetroot sprouts are crispy and have a specific rustic flavour, to taste as is or mixed with other soft sprouts.

This vegetable, known since ancient times, is appreciated for its vitality and its beautiful colour, which makes it particularly decorative.

Ingredients: 100% sprouted beetroot (Beta vulgaris conditiva), ingredients proceeding from organic farming.

Cultivated in France. Origin of the seeds: Italy.

Where to find the products
  • These sprouts will go perfectly with terrines and salads, soups, etc.e marie délicatement aux terrines et accompagne les salades, potages, etc.

    Must be kept in the refrigerator (1 to 4°C), preferably in their original packaging, in an airtight container or under food-quality cling film. To be eaten before the date stated on the product packaging.

  • Packaged in 40g tray, 100% recyclable.

    Germination increases the seeds’ natural vitamin content and promotes the body’s assimilation of minerals.
