Alfalfa-Cress for sprouting

A pleasantly spicy flavour, ideal at the end of winter.

To be eaten as green sprouts, 2 to 3 cm approx. in size, nature or in winter salads, omelets, pasta or patties.

Easiness: quick and easy.

Soaking time: 1 nuit.
Growing time: 5 to 6 days.

Ingredients: 95% alfalfa (Medicago sativa) seeds for sprouting, 5% cress (Lepidium sativum) seeds for sprouting, proceeding from organic farming. Origin: France, Italy.

Where to find the products
  • Type of sprouter recommended: sprouter jar or the Germline multi-level sprouter. Follow instructions provided with the sprouter, or view instructions on our website.

    Keep your sproutable seeds in their sachets at room temperature in a dry place.

    The fresher they are, the better your sproutable seeds. If you do not use them immediately, keep them for a few days in the fridge, preferably in a closed recipient, and covered with Clingfilm.

  • Packaged in France, in 150g sachets.

    Germination increases the seeds’ natural vitamin content and promotes the body’s assimilation of minerals.
