To be eaten as green raw sprouts, 2 to 3 cm approx. in size. Use for an aperitif or combined in fresh summer, pasta or rice salads. This mix also goes well with your meats and vegetables.

Soaking time: 1 night.
Growing time: 3 to 4 days.
Ingredients: 34%chickpea (Cicer arietinum) seeds for sprouting, 33% lentil (Lens culinaris) seeds for sprouting, 33% fenugreek (Trigonella foenugraecum) seeds for sprouting, proceeding from organic farming. Origin: France, India.
Type of sprouter recommended: sprouter jar or the Germ’line multi-level sprouter. Follow instructions provided with the sprouter, or view instructions on our website.
Keep your sproutable seeds in their sachets at room temperature in a dry place.
The fresher they are, the better your sproutable seeds. If you do not use them immediately, keep them for a few days in the fridge, preferably in a closed recipient, and covered with Clingfilm.
