Ingredients: 100% Mung beans sprouts (vigna radiata), proceeding from organic farming.

Mung bean sprouts add flavour and crunch to your wok dish, mixed with a salad or to garnish a soup. Delicious hot or cold.
Rince the sprouts in clear, cold water before using. To be eaten within 1 or 2 days after opening. Must be kept in the refrigerator (1 to 4°C) in the vegetable container, preferably in their original packaging, in an airtight container or under food-quality cling film. To be eaten before the date stated on the product packaging.
The mung bean is a plant from the Fabaceae family originaly from the Indian subcontinent. Mung beans are greatly appreciated for their nutritional value (they are said to be highly satiating).
