Wheat grass

Wheat grass is grown from sprouted wheat grain exposed to light. At this stage, the plant is at its most concentrated nutritional potential. The leaves are gorged with chlorophyll, believed to possess many benefits for the human body.

Ingredients: 100% wheat grass (triticum aestivum), proceeding from organic farming.

Cultivated in France. Origin of the seeds: France.

Where to find the products
  • Wheatgrass is taken by extracting its juice using an extractor. Progressively increase the amount taken, starting with a very small amount.

    The juice oxidises rapidly on contact with air, so it is recommended to drink it within 15 minutes after extraction. This also preserves all of its nutritional values.

    Must be kept in the refrigerator (1 to 4°C), preferably in their original packaging, in an airtight container or under food-quality cling film. To be eaten before the date stated on the product packaging.

  • 30 g (65 ml) of wheatgrass juice contains as many vitamins and minerals as 1 kg of fresh vegetables, and contains all the vitamins and minerals essential for humans.

    Packaged in 100g tray, 100% recyclable.

    Germination increases the seeds’ natural vitamin content and promotes the body’s assimilation of minerals.
