Ingredients : sprouted cereals* flakes 68,5% (sprouted rye*, sprouted oat*, sprouted spelt*), fruits* 21,5% (raisins* (raisins*, suflower* oil), figs* (figs*, rice* flour), dried apples*, dates* (dates*, rice flour*), hazelnuts*, freeze-dried ananas*), seeds* 10% (flax*, sunflower*, squash*).

Where to find the products
  • For breakfast as a cereal (alone or mixed in with granola, muesli and other cereal blends), or added to pancakes or baked goods (scones, cookies or bread), creating additional texture and adding to the nutritional value of these foods.

    Sprouted, not cooked

    These flakes are as pure as can be. There is no steaming in our process: the sprouted grains are sprouted, then gently dried, and flaked, that’s it. This process ensures that the delicious flavour, satisfying texture and all the nutritional goodness gained through sprouting is kept intact.

    Sprouting is one of nature’s most spectacular phenomena that converts a dormant food into a living food, activating all its vital nutrients and making it highly digestible.

    During sprouting, enzymes transform a portion of the starches into sugar, a directly useable energy source, and enhances the grain’s delicious sweet taste, naturally.
