  • WHY ARE SPROUTED CEREAL FLAKES DIFFERENT ?

    Sprouted, not cooked

These flakes are as pure as can be. There is no steaming in our process: the sprouted grains are sprouted, then gently dried, and flaked, that’s it. This process ensures that the delicious flavour, satisfying texture and all the nutritional goodness gained through sprouting is kept intact.

    Highly digestible

Sprouting is one of nature’s most spectacular phenomena that converts a dormant food into a living food, activating all its vital nutrients and making it highly digestible.

Readily useable energy source and sweet taste

During sprouting, enzymes transform a portion of the starches into sugar, a directly useable energy source, and enhances the grain’s delicious sweet taste, naturally.

    Increased vitamins and minerals

Sprouting increases vitamin and mineral content, as well as enzyme activity making the grains much easier for you to digest.
